At Snow Skiers Warehouse, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your next alpine adventure. If your equipment or apparel isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items, including all original tags and protective padding, into a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse inspects the gear, we will process your refund or shipment.
